By accessing or using WhatsiBox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
WhatsiBox is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to manage their WhatsApp Business communications. The Service provides features including but not limited to: live chat management, bulk messaging campaigns, auto-reply automation, contact management, template management, analytics, and team collaboration tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to comply with all applicable WhatsApp Business policies, Meta Platform Terms, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. This includes but is not limited to: obtaining proper consent before messaging contacts, using approved message templates for business-initiated conversations, not sending spam or unsolicited messages, and respecting user opt-out requests. Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

The Service operates on a credit-based billing system. Credits are consumed when sending messages through the platform. Credits are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise stated. Unused credits may expire based on your plan terms. We reserve the right to change pricing and credit costs with reasonable notice to users.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including contacts, messages, and business information. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Upon termination of your account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions. The Service depends on third-party APIs (including Meta/WhatsApp), and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsiBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to us or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
